What I have been doing...

Azzy did great going on the airplane...just like she'd been doing it for all her life....only once I remember...anyway, she loved snuggling up to Oma while we flew to Orange County. It was very early in the morning, but she was just fine. I love her colors she choose to wear that day.
One shopping trip to Target in Las Vegas netted Azzy a new Princess baby doll. She received the three others as an early gift from her paternal grandma, so she needed Belle to complete her set. She puts them to bed every night. She's really in love with them. Gives them lots of hugs and kisses.
We shopped at the Disney Store in Las Vegas and had to play on the playground...Oma even got into the act.
Another set of plastic Princesses....Yipee!!!

Azzy's hair grows like a weed....so she's always needing a haircut!!! Here' s the before photo...
Fancy braids on the sides...they didn't stay in long, but really looked nice....
Here we are playing in Oma's fancy doll house...it was pretty dusty, so while Azzy played, I dusted the furniture and floors. She had lots of fun with the tiny broom and hoe. She loved opening the doors!
More to come later....at least you know what I've been doing...and not doing.

More Tags....love this!

Day 10 was made using metal tape/foil. I had the foil, so made these three cards. At first I didn't think I would like them, but after doing all the ink work, I loved it. Mine are not as vivid as Tim's, but instead of painting them, I just dripped the ink in sections. It was great! My wish is for my little granddaughter who is a big Mickey Mouse and Tinkerbelle fan!!

Day 8 is and will be the best tag ever!! Mainly since I adore vintage photos. Tim even furnished us with classic children with Santa...So hilarious!! I only changed one photo and that is the big one.
Later I found one of my sisters and me with our Grandma taken in 1957...It's priceless and will be one of my handmade cards. Don't know how many I'll get finished, but it's the best! I'll post it soon.
Day 7 was using white paint as a resist with the flourish stamp. Now I must say I LOVE this stamp, so versitile. Did the same santa again, and added some initials...love him!!
Day 6 was stamping music on vellum...well, I didn't find the vellum so just used paper, and inked it well. Then cut out the lamppost and added holly and glitter dots. Next time I'll stamp it in black, but my black ink had dried up...Must have black permanent ink!!
Day 5 was the tree on the back of the truck. I didn't have the tree stamp, so just flocked a piece of fake tree trim. It looks adorable on the back of the truck....Love the dictionary page for the background. Fast and so easy.
Found Day 3 Tags where we made two versions. So after practicing making plaid backgrounds, this is what I ended up finishing. I really like the tall tall trees, but didn't have the stamp, so just drew them. I embossed for more texture, and added a little snow.
I love this Santa stamp, so added more snow, and a neat vintage looking ribbon..

More of Tim's tags done by me

Believe tag is so pretty without the fragments, that I made a few just like this...
Then you add the pictures behind the fragment charms, and make them into ornaments. I didn't have the silver foil tape, so improvised with silver ribbon instead. I plan to make more using some vintage photos later this week. Really love this tag.Day 4 was to use the memory capsules with the frames. I had already done that at Carson's Make and Take, so simply used a vintage photo instead. I added icicles and made a roof from grungeboard. Love MS icicle punch with some snow glitter.
I lost and then found Day 3, so it will get posted tomorrow. I've got to get some sleep...
Too many late nights, and still cleaning up the boxes from all those decorations.
Hope you are enjoying the 12 Tags of Christmas along with Tim.
